4. Use
To extract juice:
Lower the anti-drip system and place a recipient underneath it. Slice an orange, lemon or
other citrus fruit in two and place one half on the cone. Press the lever down and the
motor will engage. Apply only the force required for the juice to flow.
IMPORTANT precautions :
1) Place the fruit piece carefully and correctly on the cone in order for the juice to flow
correctly.
2) Please do not press the lever too hard. lf you do so the juicer will block in order to
protect the gearing system. The pressure exerted should not exceed 3 kg. For correct
operation press the lever for 15 seconds then release and leave for a further 15 seconds.
3) By lifting the cone cover you can finish juicing the fruit by hand, if necessary. This
method is also suitable for fruits that do not adjust to the cone size.
4) This juicer features a safety system that ensures correct operation. lf the motor reaches
a temperature of 120ºC due to intensive use it will block and cannot be used again until
the desired temperature is reached - normally about ten minutes, though this will depend
on the ambient temperature.
