BLUETOOTH OPERATION
Keep the power button (21) pressed to turn the speaker on. "bLUE" appears on the display (20) and "BT" flashes
slowly in the corner to indicate that the speaker is on. Keep the power button (21) pressed to turn the speaker
off. The display will always show "BT" when the speaker is connected to a Bluetooth device.
Turn on the Bluetooth function on your external Bluetooth device and select "VENUS-600" in the list of found
devices. If a password is required, enter "0000" . After successful pairing, you will hear a tone.
GUITAR INPUT
Insert a standard connector of a Guitar into the Guitar input jack (2) on the top of the speaker. Control the gui-
tar volume with knob (19).
MIC INPUT
WARNING: It is recommended that the speaker's volume knob be turned all the way to the left to prevent any feedback or loud
pops when connecting the microphone.
Insert a standard 6.35mm jack plug of the wired microphone (included) into the microphone input jack (3) and/
or (4) on top of the speaker. Control the volume with knob (22). Control the mic echo with switch (18).
AUX/LINE OPERATION
To use the speaker with an AUX/LINE source, plug one connector of the 3.5mm audio cable into the 3.5mm
auxiliary audio input jack (5) on the speaker. Plug the other connector into the headphone jack of your me-
dia-playing device. Used the MODE button (10) to switch into LINE mode. The display will show "LINE". Playback
is controlled via the connected device.
USB OPERATION
Insert a USB device into USB port (7) to play the music stored on the drive. The play will start automatically.
MICRO-SD OPERATION
Insert a microSD card into the TF port (6) to play music stored on the drive. The play will start automatically.
MODE BUTTON (10)
Press this button to toggle between modes: BT, AUX, USB, TF
MIC PRI (8)
Short press this button to activate the microphone priority function in BT, USB, TF mode. The display will show
"o-ON". Press again to cancel this function. The display will show "o-OF". When this function is activated, the
volume of the music will decrease when you speak into the microphone and resume when your stop speaking.
REC (9)
This function is only available in USB/TF mode. You can only record the sound of the microphone.
If the connected USB/microSD device does not contain any recorded file, short press this button to play the mu-
sic on the USB/microSD. Long press the button to record the sound of the microphone. "rEC" will be displayed.
Short press to stop recording. Press again to play the recorded file.
If the connected USB/microSD device contains a recorded file, short press this button to play the recorded file
and then the other music on the device. Keep the button pressed to record the sound of the microphone.
NEXT TRACK (13)
Short press the button (13) to move forward in steps through the playlist in BT, USB and TF mode. Keep the
button pressed to increase the volume.
PREVIOUS TRACK (11)
Short press this button (11) to move back through the playlist in BT, USB and TF mode. Long press this button
to reduce the volume.
PLAY/PAUSE / REPE / TWS (12)
Short press this button to play/pause (12) the music in BT, AUX, USB, TF mode.
In USB/TF mode: Long press this button to repeat files. When the display shows "ONE", the song will be repeat-
ed once. If the display shows "ALL", all songs will be repeated.
