NOTE: Once you are finished using your kettle, always unplug the power base from
the electrical outlet.
Cleaning Your Kettle:
WARNING: Always unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
NOTICE: To avoid damaging the product, do not pour cold water into the Appliance
after use and do not use abrasive cleaners/pads to clean any part of the product.
• Make sure the Kettle is empty and has had time to cool before handling.
• Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth or sponge.
• Do not run any part of this appliance in the Dishwasher.
• Remove Kettle from base and clean with a non-abrasive cleaner and warm soapy
water.
• Base should only be cleaned with a soft damp towel and dried before storing. DO
NOT USE RUNNING WATER.
• Dry all parts thoroughly before storing or using again.
• Depending on the water hardness of the water you use, a boiled scale deposit is
naturally formed and can be found mostly adhered to the heating element, thus
reducing the heating efficiency. Descaling is recommended regularly to prolong the
