6) WARRANTY
KOV12 FSE/TSE is manufactured with top quality materials, it is 100% tested and covered by warranty
according to the law.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused by an incorrect use of the machine; the proper use
of KOV12 FSE/TSE is mentioned in this manual.
The warranty doesn't apply to any direct or indirect damage arising from the use and/or the keeping
of the machine, nor from its malfunctioning, and it will in no case exceed the value of the machine.
The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

An erroneous action by the operator
·
Damages caused by incorrect maintenance or the lack thereof
·
Damages caused by the assembly of non-original parts or by repair operations performed without
the authorization of the manufacturer
·
Failure to comply with the instructions provided in this manual
