• If there is a fault or the appliance is not working correctly, switch it off and have it checked by a
qualified professional. Repairs done by an unqualified person can be dangerous and cause the

USER INSTRUCTIONS
Warning:
- unplug the appliance from the power supply before assembly, getting it ready for use, disassembling
and cleaning the appliance.
- the grill must only be used with an internal tray that has been correctly inserted and contains water.
Place the internal aluminium tray (2) into the main housing (1) of the grill so that the rod of the
element is inserted in the side slots. Pour 1.5l of water, insert the heating element (check first that the
switch is off "0") and place the cooking grill (3).
Plug in the appliance, turn on the element using the switch, (4) (place it on position 0): the light
indicates that the appliance is working.
Warning! If the heating element (5) is not correctly inserted in its proper slot, the element will not
turn on: the "click" of the internal safety micro switch indicates that it has been inserted correctly/
First use
Run the grill "on empty" for 15 minutes to remove any "new smells" and any oil residue from the
manufacturing process. When complete, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down before
removing the accessories.
Using the appliance
Arrange the food on the grill and place it in its seat, in the most suitable position for cooking: position
"1" is the farthest from the heating element, "2" is in the middle and "3" is the closest. Insert the plug
in the socket and turn on the heating element using the switch.
The double grill (7) is placed over the cooking grid; open the double cooking grill and place the food
between the two grills, close it and place it on top of the element. While the cooking takes place, the
grill becomes hot. Use only the handles to turn or open it.
Plug the appliance in, turn on the element using the switch (place it on position I). .
When using the appliance, always make sure that the internal tray is always filled with water: 1.5
litres of water allow the appliance to run for 2 hours. If the water needs to be replenished, add it after
having turned off the element, being careful not to wet the electrical parts (switch, element etc):
should this occur, remove unplug the appliance, dry it carefully and check that all the electrical
components (switch, micro-switch etc) are not wet. Thereafter, you can turn the appliance back on.
When in use, the appliance must be continuously checked in order to allow the user to intervene
should events occur that could compromise safety.
When you are finished using it, turn the appliance off with the switch and then remove the plug from
the plug point and allow the appliance to cool.
If the appliance is not in use for long periods of time, remove the plug from the plug point.
Assembly of the floor support (6) (mod.F628.EU)
Model F628.EU comes with a floor support.
The support is made up of:
a) 1 stand 44 cm long.
c) 2 pairs of articulated legs
Apply the rubber stoppers to the legs.
Press the two stands down (about 5cm), first in one and then in the other pair of legs.The legs
must face the right way so that the stands can be lengthened. It will be necessary to press down
with force.
Open the support and place the grill so that the stands line up within the edges of the

(Italy). The pages must be reproduced and folded in
order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x 210

change the page numbering. Keep the language
