TROUBLE SHOOTING
Microphone sound too loud
1. In case of sound break, electric current, buzzing and
whistling, it can generally be solved by reducing the
microphone gain.
• It can be turned down by the microphone gain knob.
• The microphone gain can be adjusted by dragging the
microphone progress bar on the computer system.
2. If the voice is echoing, the volume can be reduced
appropriately.
• Please check if the sound source is aimed at the front
of the microphone.
• Please check if the function of the computer listening
to this device is turned off.
Microphone is silent
• Please check if the default playback device on the
computer is Forgeon Spell microphone.
• Please set the default to Forgeon Spell microphone.
• Please check if the headset is fully inserted or the
microphone is mute or not.
• When using some software in the wrong order, there will
be silence. Mac systems are common. The correct order
is to insert a microphone then open the software. You
can also exit the software completely and use it in the
correct order.
