"EC" CONFORMITY DECLARATION

This declaration of conformity is drawn up to comply with the requisites established in the
European Council Directive
machines of the different state members.
This Directive and those others which amend it (see documents of referents) establish the
essential safety and health requisites which all machines must meet in order to be marketed
within the scope of the Community. The Directive, which must be complied with, becomes

valid as of 1
January, 1.995.
The Machine which is the objet of this document, Micromotor ref 6296 consisting of the
model 6269 hand piece, model 6280 microhammer hand piece and model 6252 electronic
speed regulator, is not included in Annexe IV of the Directive, and therefore its Certification
procedure is completed by means of preparing the Technical Construction Dossier exactly
as contemplated in the actual Directive itself.
This Technical Dossier is prepared in accordance with Annexe V of the 2006/42/CE
Directive, and should include all details available on the machine, which ensure that they
fully comply with the essential safety and health requisites corresponding to same.
The drawing up of this Dossier authorises AB Shot Tecnics, S.L. to issue the corresponding
"EC" DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY including the requisites, and to make the EC mark
on the machine.
The documents referred to which are used both for drawing up this dossier and procedural
enquiries are as follows:
DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE relative to the approximation of member states legislation regarding
machines.
DIRECTIVE 95/2006/EEC of 17 September 2007, related to the approximation of the
legislation's of the member states on the electrical material intended for be used in given
tension limits.
STANDARD UNE EN 292-1 of April, 1993 "MACHINE SAFETY, BASIC CONCEPTS,
GENERAL DESIGN PRINCIPLES". Part I: Basic terminology, methodology.
STANDARD UNE EN 292-2/A1: 1995 "MACHINE SAFETY, BASIC CONCEPTS, GENERAL
DESIGN PRINCIPLES". Part II: Principles and technical specifications.
STANDARD UNE EN 20-060-90/1 and /1/1M referring to the PORTABLE MACHINES
MOVED BY ELECTRICAL MOTOR.
This document excludes the responsibilities on parts or components added or
mounted by the client.
