4. Fallas comunes y manera de tratar
Fault
1.The analog voltage is not calibrated
Over voltage
2.Parameter setting is not correct
1.Analoge current is not calibrated
Over current
2. Parameter setting is not correct
1.DC contactor is damaged
No current
2. There is no 24V power supply for DC
output
contactor
3.Analog data lost
1.
AC input power failure
2. Output voltage is overload
Module faults
3. Input overvoltage, undervoltage and
phase loss
4. The internal fuse of module is
disconnected
1.Parameter setting is not correct
BMS telegram
2.CAN disconnected
over-time
3.BMS fault
1.No 24V power supply
Display faults
2.No display of HMI
1.Communication is disconnected
Communication
2.Control unit damaged
module faults
3.485 Isolator damaged
1.E-Stop button damaged
E-Stop button
faults
2.E-Stop button loose
1 with leakage
2 bad ground
3 modules are not running
Isolation faults
4 The insulation value error of the
vehicle end is relatively large
Reason
Recalibrate the voltage value in the data trim
Reset the abnormal point according to the technical agreement
Re-calibrate the current value in the data trim
Reset the abnormal point according to the technical agreement
If the DC contactor has 24V power supply, it means the
contactor is damaged and can be replaced
Find out if the 24V switching power supply is abnormal, if it is
abnormal, replace it
Recalibrate the current analog
Check if the input is OK
When the alarm code is E06: check whether the module output
is normal
When the alarm code is E02: Check whether the AC input is
missing phase
When the module communication fails and cannot be started,
check the internal insurance status
Reset the BMS connection time (usually 10S)
Use a multimeter to measure the through end, find the
breakpoint and connect it well
Requires BMS manufacturers to coordinate solutions
Restore 24V power
Replace the display cable or replace the display
Restore power to the isolator or replace the isolator
Just replace
Restore power to the isolator or replace the isolator
Just replace
re-install
1. First, use an insulation meter to measure whether there is
leakage.
2. Measure whether the power of the module is turned on.
3. Whether the power of the module is turned on. If there is
power, it should be confirmed that there is a problem with the
communication between the module and the sub-control
board.
4 After the vehicle battery high-voltage contactor is closed, the
inspection error of half the vehicle battery voltage and the
insulation value of the charger shall be within plus or minus 50
volts
