TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The music coming out of the speaker
system sounds distorted ad high vol-
ume.
How come I can't get the device to
turn on?
Why can't I seem to connect my music
source to Bluetooth?
I paired my device and I see "Mavis"
in my devices list. However, my Blue-
tooth icon is not lit and the speaker's
is still blinking a slow blue.

SOLUTION
While it's fine to adjust the speaker to
the maximum volume, it is best if the
source device is set to a lower than
maximum volume.
The device needs to be plugged in to
an AC outlet. If it is plugged into an
outlet, try another outlet. See the
"General operation" section above.
See the Bluetooth section above.
Your device is "paired" to the speaker
but not "connected." Be sure to select
it from your device's Bluetooth menu
and it should connect.
