5) MAINTENANCE
Before any cleaning/maintenance intervention the operator has to absolutely
disconnect electric cables.
Maintenance has to be executed only by qualified operators and only using original

spare parts.
To assure high efficiency for a long time operator has to execute a simple
preventive maintenance as mentioned on the following table.

NOTE
Do not use compressed air.
Replacement of combined carbon rods
If damaged or worn rods can easily be replaced as follows:
a) disconnect electric cable;
b) unfasten self-locking nut of the rod;
c) take off rod;
d) insert the new rod, taking care that it does not protrude back;
e) fasten back the rod by self-locking nut.
NOTE: TWIST has inside kinematics motion protected for life by a special
grease. DO NOT OPEN MACHINE HEAD. Any not allowed tampering will
expire builder warranty.
