Carefully read all the use instructions below before using the dispenser and scrupulously follow the indications. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage to persons and/or property caused by improper use of the
equipment.
This instruction manual is an integral part of the equipment and must therefore be stored carefully and passed on
with the unit in the event of a change of ownership.
1. CONTENTS
The following articles are contained in the package with the
dispenser:
HERO – no. 2 wall anchors (8 mm hole)
•
HERO-P – no. 1 4 mm hexagonal spanner, no. 4 6x15 stainless
•
steel button head screws, no. 4 6mm serrated washers, no. 4
6mm washers, no. 4 6x30 button head screws, no. 4 wing nuts for
6mm screws, no. 4 25X25 corner feet in plastic, kit of stainless
steel plates for assembling the stand.
2. INSTALLING THE DISPENSER

Attention
Read the instructions carefully.
Do not install the machine in an area where the temperature is
•
lower than or equal to 5°C or higher than 40°C.
•
Make sure that the mains voltage matches that indicated on the
dispenser plate.
Only connect the device to a socket that has a minimum load
•
capacity of 6 A if supplied at 230 Vac, and equipped with an
efficient earthing system.
If the socket and dispenser plug are incompatible, have the plug
•
replaced with a different suitable one, by an authorised
assistance centre.
Position the dispenser on a work surface far from water taps and
•
sinks.
Make sure the dispenser is intact after removing it from the
•
packing and before installing it.
Keep the materials used for packing the machine out of the reach
•
of children.
WALL MOUNTING (HERO)
After unpacking the dispenser and identifying the wall where it will be
hung, drill 2 8 mm holes with a centre to centre distance of 300 mm.
STEEL SUPPORT MOUNTING (HERO_P)
The images of the ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM show the assembly
sequence and the screw tightening, using the supplied hexagon
spanner.

3. USING THE DISPENSER
WARNINGS

Unplug the dispenser when it is not being used.
This machine has been manufactured to dispense sanitizing GEL
•
with alcohol compounds.

The device is not intended for use by people (including
children) with impaired physical, psychological or sensory
abilities or with insufficient experience and/or skills, unless
they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety
or have been instructed on using the

The dispenser should be used in enclosed places, alternatively in

areas protected from inclement weather (overhang).
•
To prevent fires, shock or injuries do not put the cable, plug and
body of the machine in water or any other liquid.
Only use the dispenser for its designated purpose.

When the dispenser is not going to be used for a period of time,
•
turn it off using the on/off button and unplug it.
•
Make sure the on/off button is in the OFF position before
unplugging it.
The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer
•
may cause fires, shocks or injuries to people.
The machine must be placed in a horizontal position.
•
The machine must only be installed in places where it can be
•
controlled by trained personnel.
GEL DISPENSING
The following images show the ordinary operation of the machine,
just place your hand as in the diagram (see the following figure) and
the disperser will carry out a dispensing cycle.

4. TOPPING UP THE TANK AND FIRST FILLING
To top up just open the specific door (protected with a lock) and pour
