Upgrade
This product supports firmware upgrading through Micro USB port. Please contact your supplier to get the latest upgrade tool "Legrand Product
Firmware Updater". Note：Don't power off the device during upgrade process.
Steps to upgrade FW:
1. Connect the Micro USB port of the device to a PC.
2. Connect the power adapter provided to the device, and power on the device.
3. Click to run the "Legrand Product Firmware Updater" software. The interface of the software is as follows:
Introduction of the "Firmware Updater":
1: Select C2G31017.

RS232:

Port: Select the correct COM Port number.

Baud rate: Select the correct baud rate, the correct baud rate for

upgrading is 57600.
Connect: Click the button to connect with the device.

FW version: Click "Check" button to check the current FW version

Update File:

Click "Browse" to select the FW upgrade bin file from the local PC.

Click the button to start upgrading FW after the bin file is uploaded.

Log: Show the log of the operations on the software and returning
