Connection assembly
For burners with control boxes 525SE/G - 566SE - 566SE Rev. 1
and Rev 2 proceed as follows:
Remove the suppressor connection (fig. 5);
Use the connection assembly (fig. 6) following the instruc-
tions below.
2.2.1
One-stage burners 911T - 912T - 913T - 914T
Disconnect the 6 pin plug of the gas train from the 6 pin socket of
the burner.
Disconnect all the connections to the control box.
Remove the 6 pole socket and relative connections.
Disconnect the control box from the burner by unscrewing
the screws A (Fig. 3 on page 4)and pull in the direction of
the arrow.
Fix the new socket (XP6), using the screws of the previous
one.
Connect the yellow/green wire (D) to the ground clamp of
the burner
.
Install the new control box and fix it to the burner using
screw A (Fig. 3 on page 4) with a tightening torque from 1
to 1.2 Nm.
Insert the 4 way connector (B) into the control box (SM-PG).
Insert the 2 way connector (A) into the control box (V1).
Carry out the rest of the connections to the control box.
NOTE:
The wires F - G (Fig. 6) held together with a band are not need-
ed for these burners.

Installation
2.2.2
Two-stage burners 915T - 916T - 917T - 918T
Disconnect the 6 pin plug of the gas train from the 6 pin socket of
the burner.
Disconnect all the connections to the control box.
Remove the 6 pole socket and relative connections.
Disconnect the control box from the burner by unscrewing
the screws A (Fig. 3 on page 4) and pull in the direction of
the arrow.
Remove the 2 way connection from the control box (V1),
disconnect the blue wire (of the servomotor) and cut the
other wire eliminating the red connector.
Fix the new socket (XP6), using the screws of the previous
one.
Connect the yellow/green wire (D) to the ground clamp of
the burner

Install the new control box and fix it to the burner using
screw A (Fig. 3 on page 4) with a tightening torque from 1
to 1.2 Nm.
Insert the 4 way connector (B) into the control box (SM-PG).
Insert the 2 way connector (A) into the control box (V1).
Connect the blue and black wires (G) with the correspond-
ing blue and black wires of the servomotor.
Join the blue wire of the lead of the external 4 pole socket
(XP4), with the screw clamp (F).
When the operation is finished, check the burner
is operating correctly, checking the stopping of the
burner due to the opening of the minimum gas
pressure switch and check the passage between
WARNING
the first and second stage using the relative ther-
mostat.
If there are ignition or operating faults, press the
reset button. This operation can be repeated for a
maximum of 3 times.
