20 Warranty
24 months warranty for private users and 12 months warranty for professional users. It covers core
parts, including Li-battery, charger, electric motor and transmission mechanism.
Following conditions invalidate the warranty:

Any abnormal operation

Tool not maintained as per the Maintenance Instruction
•
Tool modifications
•
Any damages even if made by mistake.
•
Damaged after amateurish repairing.
•
Nature caused damages.
•
Battery not recharged with the requested frequency.
•
Components subjected to wear (such as blades) during normal operation are not covered by
warranty.
The warranty is valid only for products that have been registered through the website within 30 days
from the purchase date.

The buyer must also keep a copy of the sales document (receipt, invoice) and of the warranty
registration: a copy of these documents must be given to the Dealer or Authorized Customer Service
together with the machine to be repaired. In the absence of these documents, the machine will in any
case be considered out of warranty.
21 Trouble shooting and repair.
