INSTALLATION
Please observe the diagrams on page 2.
1.
Take the pump and the hoses out of the packaging.
2.
Place the pump at least 0.2 m below the water level.
3.
The pump must be mounted on firm and level ground.
4.
Insert the filter cartridge in the filter chamber. (Ensure that the filter cartridge is seated
correctly).
5.
Put the O-ring of the filter housing on the filter chamber.
6.
Put the lid of the filter housing on the filter chamber.
7.
Then tighten the bracket for the filter chamber lid clockwise with your fingers.
8.
Carefully turn the vent valve 1 to 2 turns anti-clockwise.
9.
Connect the filter hose to the inlet connection of the pump (top) and the lower hose
connection of the pool. Use hose clips to fasten the hose.
10. Connect the second filter hose to the upper hose connection of the pool and the outlet
connection (bottom) of the pump. Use hose clips to fasten the hose.
COMMISSIONING
1.
Ensure that the pool is filled with water, that the inlet and outlet valves of the pool are below
the water level, and that all connections are correctly attached.
2.
Carefully open the vent valve by turning it 1-2 turns. When water flows into the pump, the
water pressure allows all residual air to escape from the pump and the filter housing.
3.
Close the vent valve again.
4.
Connect the mains plug in order to operate the pump.
Note:
To guarantee clean pool water, a minimum daily operating time of eight hours is
•
recommended.
The sound pressure level is below 82dB(A).
•
The maximum total delivery head is 0.9 m (for pumps with a nominal power consumption of
•
more than 50W)
