IMPORTENT
Please read the operating instructions and all included safety advices carefully before using the jack.
INTENDED USE
The jack is made for vertical lifting. The ambient temperature at which the jack is used should not exceed
+50°C or drop below -25°C. It should not be used in the presence of acids, alkalis or other aggressive
gases. The jack may not be used in an explosive atmosphere.
SAFETY ADVICE
 The jack may only be used on firm, even surfaces. On unfirm, uneven surfaces the load can easily
slip. The load must be secured against slipping before you use the jack.
 Secure the vehicle against rolling away with wheel chocks, put in gear ("P" for automatic) and put on
the hand brake.
 The jack is only designed for lifting the vehicle. Before inspection and repair work the load must be
supported on jack stands with the appropriate nominal load capacity. Never work under the lifted
load without additional supports!
 Never exceed the nominal load capacity of the jack because overloading can damage the jack (e.g.
overloading of the mechanical properties) and personal safety can no longer be guaranteed.
 Only apply the jack to the points on the vehicle specified in the manual and never to body parts
(which the jack could puncture). Adapters may have to be used to avoid damage. Please follow the
vehicle manufacturer's operating instructions.
 The jack may never be operated at an angle or in a horizontal position.
 The lifted body must sit firmly and securely on the saddle of the jack.
 If several jacks are used together, the lifting speeds should be exactly matched otherwise there is a
danger of tipping of the load.
 Please use the jack in such a way that it is not necessary to reach underneath the vehicle to operate
the jack.
 The pressure release valve is set at the factory. There is no need for the user to set it.
 The operator must watch the lifting device and the load closely during all movements.
 Stop using it immediately if there is an oil leak. You should make sure that there are no more oil
leaks and that the oil that has already leaked out is immediately cleaned up and disposed of in the
facilities provided for this.
