Limiter 1 & 2:
A limiter "limits" the input signal as soon as it reaches the threshold level. Therefore limiters are often
used to reduce peaks and protect your equipment (loudspeakers). As soon as the selected threshold is
reached, the signal cannot increase anymore. Both CH1 and CH2 can have separate threshold level
settings: 0dB, -3dB, -6dB, -12dB.
Delay 1 & 2:
Is used to align the individual components of a speaker stack with each other. For example you can have
mid/high cabinets flown and subwoofers on the floor: in this case the DSP can compensate the time
differences with a delay, up to 20ms (6,86m). Both CH1 and CH2 can have separate delay time settings:
0 to 3ms (1,029m) in 0,5ms steps (17,15cm), 3 to 10ms (3,43m) in 1ms steps (34,3cm), 10 to 20ms
(6,86m) in 2ms steps (68,6cm)
X-OVER – crossover (only for Y-MODE)
Used to build a small active system using a 24dB/oct Linkwitz-Riley filter with adjustable crossover
frequency between CH1 (Sub) and CH2 (Satellite) speakers. Crossover frequency can be set between
50Hz and 3,15kHz.
