TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The air fryer does
not work.
The ingredients fried
in the air fryer are
not completely
cooked.
The ingredients
are fried unevenly
in the air fryer.
Fried snacks are
not crispy when
they come out of
the air fryer.
Basket cannot be
inserted into the
appliance properly.
White smoke
comes out of
the appliance.
Fresh fries are
fried unevenly
in the air fryer.
Fresh fries are not

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The appliance is not plugged in.
Cook timer is not set
The basket is not placed into
the appliance properly.
There is too much food in the
basket
The set temperature is too low.
The cooking time is too short.
Items in the cooking basket where
not shaken/flipped.
Food item being cooked is meant to
be deep fried
The basket is overfilled.
You are preparing greasy
ingredients.
The basket contains grease
residues from previous use.
Potatoes/french fries are not
fresh.
Too much starch on the outside of
the french fries .
Too much water in the French
fries, or not enough oil on them for
proper cooking.
Insert the plug in an grounded wall socket.
Use the Temp/Time button to set the
cooking time.
Slide the basket into the appliance properly.
Put smaller batches of ingredients in the
basket. Smaller batches are fried more evenly

for a crispier result.
