Tire pressure
The correct tire pressure is 60 kPa (0.6 bar / 8.5 PSI) on
all 4 tires.
To put the cutting deck in servicing
position
To remove the cutting deck on
1. See steps 1–8 in
page 10 .
2. Hold the front edge of the cutting deck with two
hands and pull forward until it stops.
3. Lift the cutting deck to vertical position until a click
sound is heard. The cutting deck is locked
automatically in the vertical position.
To put the cutting deck in mow position
1. Hold the front edge of the cutting deck with your left
hand.

2. Push down the lock with your right hand.
3. Fold down the cutting deck and push it in until it
stops.
CAUTION: The drive belt can get caught
below the cutting deck. Pull on the drive
belt loop in the belt holder before you
push the cutting deck in.
4. Lift the cutting height stay from the stay holder and
put it in the hole.
5. Put the drive belt around the drive wheel.
6. Put the spring in the spring holder.
7. Attach the front cover.
8. Set the cutting height lever in one of the positions 1–
10.
To examine and adjust the ground
pressure from the cutting deck
A correct ground pressure makes sure that the cutting
deck moves along the surface but does not press too
hard against it.
1. Make sure that the air pressure in the tires is 60 kPa
(0.6 bar / 9.0 PSI).
2. Park the product on a level surface.
3. Lower the cutting deck to mow position.
