Put the fat tray (5) into the body (7)
Carefully pour water into the fat tray (respecting Min and Max).
Insert the heating element above the fat tray and make sure its bottom hole connected with the body.
Fix the handle on the grill rack (Fig.1)
Use
Never restart the appliance without having changed the water in the reflector.
Connect the appliance to the mains and set the adjustable thermostat at the desired position. The pilot light
will turn on, indicating the grill is heating.
Prepare the food you are willing to prepare.
Place the food on the cooking plate.
Do not place cooking utensils on the cooking surface of the appliance.
Once the food is at your taste, always remove it using a wooden or plastic spatula resistant to heat to avoid
damaging the cooking plate.
After use, place the thermostat in the min. position.
Unplug the mains socket and the leave the appliance cools down before start the cleaning tasks.
Maintenance and cleaning
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
Except for the power unit and the mains connection, all the parts can be cleaned with detergent and water
or in washing up liquid. Rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of detergent.
Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry. Do not use
solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance
Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
The following parts are dishwasher safe:
- Grill plate
- Fat container
To clean the heating element, wait until it has cooled down and wipe with a dry cloth.

devices, known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), provides the legal
framework applicable in the European Union for the disposal and reuse of waste electronic
and electrical devices. Do not dispose of this product in the bin, instead going to the electrical
and electronic waste collection center closest to your home.
