Operation instructions
Note:
a. Used for mounting the tire onto the rim.
b. Used for breaking the tire bead.
1.
Please release tires air pressure before using this tire changer.
2.
Set the shovel (7) against the edge of tire rim and insert the crowbar
into casing pipe (4). Once it is inserted, push down on casing pipe,
allowing the shovel to lift the tire bead off the rim.
3.
Slide the bar (10) down and using the threaded rod (9) as leverage,
pull the bar around, continuing to separate the bead from rim.
4.
Pull the tire up with your other hand and push the bar down so it's
against the bead in the inner rim. Now using the threaded rod as
leverage, pull the bar around: separating inner bead from the tire rim.
5.
Push the bar (10) down so that the hook end wedges bead under the
rim. Continue to work around the rim until the tire mounts over the
edge of bead.

Assembly
Fasten the center post ( 3) and the
post base (2) together using the
hex bolts (11), washers (14-13), and
nuts (12).
Set each of the side base zones ( 2)
with each side of the post base until
holes align. Fasten together using
parts 11/12/13/14.

using this tire changer, failing to do so, may result
in personal and/or material damage.

DO NOT over exceed the tire changer's capacity.
3.
DO NOT place the tire changer on a cracked sur-
face, when operating it may be unstable and it
may result in personal and/or material damage.
