13.1 Technical setbacks
The setbacks that may occur during the operation of the equipment can be:
1. In case of imperfect system operation, check the refrigerant using the liquid flow indicator
located in any system with thermostatic valve. This control must be carried out with the
equipment in operation and with a temperature in the chamber similar to the desired one.
Normally the indicator appears clean while in case gas is missing the persistent presence of
gaseous bubbles will be observed.
2. If the compressor or fans stop, check that :
• The protection fuses of the main circuit and auxiliary circuit have not been blown. In this
case, change them after checking that the supply voltage is correct and that the polarity
of the phases is respected.
• If the compressor group is blocked (the pilot light on the panel lights up), manually rein-
sert the thermal relay, after ascertaining the causes.
• If the motor-fan is blocked, it will automatically reset, but you must find the cause. The
thermal protections of the compressor and the fans are in the electrical panel. To reset it,
you must turn off the main switch.
