USE OF THE DEEP FRYPAN.
- Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
- Do not place it on surfaces that can be damaged by heat.
- Make sure that the temperature selector is in the "zero" position before plugging in.
- Connect to the electric current making sure that the voltage is correct.
- Check that the plug has a ground connection.
- Prepare the food to cook before turning on the appliance.
- Select the desired temperature in the temperature selector.
- The temperature light will turn on and when it is turned off it will be ready to cook.
- From this moment you can put the food to fry, always using the basket.
- Never leave the appliance hot and plugged in without food as the oil may burn.
- During cooking, the temperature light is continuously switched on and off to maintain the
cooking temperature selected.
- Always use wooden utensils to move food if necessary.
- Never use sharp utensils as this may damage the nonstick coating.
- When the cooking is finished, set the temperature selector to "zero" and
unplug from the electric current, never leave it on without food.
CLEANING AFTER USE.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains and allow the unit to cool completely.
- Empty the used oil.
- Clean the surface with a damp cloth.
- You can moisten the cloth in soapy water with neutral soap.
- Never use soaps or abrasive cleaning products.
- Do not use scouring pads or sharp objects as they may damage the nonstick coating.
- Never pour cold water while the surface is hot, it could damage the coating,
besides causing splashing of hot water.
- The basket can be washed normally in the sink or in the dishwasher.
