BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove the packaging and any stickers and accessories that are outside and inside the device - between the heating plates
(4a,4b)
2. Wipe the heating plates (4a, 4b) with a damp and then a dry cloth.
3. Close the device and connect it to the power supply - the red power indicator (2) will turn on.
4. Leave the device turned on for a few minutes to get rid of the factory smell. During this time, the device may emit a small amount
of smoke. This is normal.
5. Clean the device according to the "Cleaning" section of this manual.
USING THE DEVICE
Prepare the necessary products.
1. Connect the closed device to a grounded power socket - the red power indicator (2) will light up.
2. Wait about 3 minutes for the device to warm up to the correct temperature. Then the indicator light will turn green (2).
3. Fully open the device. Lightly grease the heating plates (4a, 4b) with vegetable oil or other fat, and pour the previously prepared
product into the grooves in the lower heating plate (4b) not exceeding the max level (photo 1)
4. Close the device. Lock the locking clip (3) Do not close the lid (1) by force.
5. During the operation of the device, the thermostat indicator light (2 - green) will change color from green to red, which means that
the thermostat maintains the right temperature of the heating plates.
6. The processing time of the products is on average from 5 to 15 minutes and depends on the ingredients used and taste
preferences.
ATTENTION! Hot steam may escape from under the lid of the appliance when processing food.
7. Fully open the upper cover (1) of the device and remove the finished products using only a wooden or plastic spatula.
ATTENTION! Do not use metal cutlery or sharp kitchen tools as they may damage the special non-stick coating of the heating
plates.
8. Before starting the preparation of the next batch of products, close the device to allow the heating plates to heat up to the right
temperature.
9. After cooking, remove the plug from the main socket and leave the appliance to cool down.
CLEANING THE DEVICE
1. Before cleaning the device, remove the plug from the main socket and wait for the device to cool down.
2. Clean with a damp and then a dry cloth (or a paper towel).
3. Apply a small amount of cooking oil to the stubborn residues and after a few minutes gently remove them with a wooden spatula.
4. Do not clean the heating plates with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges, or use cleaning powders, as they may damage the
smooth, non-stick coating of the plates.
5. Do not immerse the device in water.
Sample recipe for bowls: 8 pcs.
Ingredients: 50 g of melted butter, 125 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 165 g of cake flour, 65 ml of milk, 10 g of vanilla sugar.
Mix melted butter with vanilla sugar, and add 3 whole eggs. Then pour in the flour, and pour in the milk, stirring all the time until a
homogeneous mass is obtained.
