WARNING: ALWAYS make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before
assembly and disassembly.
1. Place the appliance on a flat stable surface.
2. Press the head release lever to lift the head unit.
3. Place the mixing bowl into the recessed bowl locator. Twist the mixing bowl
clockwise to lock it into place.
4. Place the ingredients in the bowl. Do not overfill the appliance.
5. Fit the desired accessory (whisk, dough hook, or beater) in the accessory
