Note: do not fully tighten the bolts before assembling all the parts. Assembly
is easier with two people, one to hold the parts and a second person to insert
the fixings.
Tools required: screwdriver and socket wrench
Please separate the bolts and nuts by size before starting the assembly.
1. Assemble Bottom Bowl (D) to Base (E) with three M6 X 12 Bolts (T1),
Washers (U), Lock Washer (X) and Nut (V). Put the Lock Washer (X) before
the nut on all fixings.
2. Assemble Top Bowl (C) to Bottom Bowl (D) with three Connection plates
(F) and six M6 x 12 Bolts (T1), washers (U), Lock washers (X) and Nuts (V).
3. Put the Bottom Flue (B) with the hole without the rivet nut downward,
then assemble Bottom Flue (B) to Top Bowl (C) with three M6 X 12 Bolts
(T1), Washer (U),Lock Washer (X) and Nut (V).
4. Now attach the Assembled Three Flues to the bottom Flue (B) by screwing
three M6 X 12 Bolts (T1) though the bottom holes of the Top Flue (A) into
the screw threaded hole of the rivet nut on Top of the Bottom Flue (B).
5. Insert the Charcoal Grill (G) into Bottom Bowl (D). Now check and tighten
all fixings, assembly is complete.
Important: Do not over tighten the fixings.
