The manual for the power adapter is included
separately.
Typical use
This product is typically used to convert SCART
signals to HDMI. It supports NTSC and PAL.
Converts both audio and video. It is Plug and Play,
easy to install and use.

Use a SCART cable to connect a video source to the
video converter. Please pay attention to the colour
codes on the connectors. Connect the converter
to a display with a HDMI cable. Connect the power
adapter to the DC input and to a wall outlet.
Use the button (quick press) to switch between
720p/1080p.
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to switch
aspect ratio between 4:3/16:9/16:10/full screen.
FAQ
Q: The display has no output?
A: 1) Check and make sure the power adapter and
all the cables are well connected.
A: 2) Check and make sure the SCART signal is be-
ing sent and you've chosen the right HDMI channel
on your display.
A: 3) Make sure you are using a SCART source and
HDMI display, and not the other way around.
Q: Why does the output image have artefacts, or
image seems unclear?
A: Try changing the HDMI cable or use a shorter
HDMI cable for testing.
Cleaning and maintenance
Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
Do not clean the inside of the device.
Clean the outside of the device using a soft cloth.
