KEY FUNCTIONS:
MODE:
A. To scan function display and confirm all settings.
B. Hold for 2s, then reset all figures as TOTAL RESET.
UP: To make upward adjustment or increase training resistance level. Press longer for advance upward adjustment.
DOWN: To make downward adjustment or decrease training resistance level. Press longer for advance downward
adjustment.
RESET:
A. Press it to clear current setting values (except SCAN and TOTAL CNT).
B. Hold for 3 seconds to clear all preset value (except TOTAL CNT) as TOTAL RESET along with a beep cue.
OPERATION PROCEDURES:
1. AUTO ON/OFF
◆ Monitor turns on when it receives an signal input from the sensor and the values of TMR, CNT, CAL and TOTAL
CNT will start to count up.
◆ The system turns off automatically when the sensor has no signal input of no key are pressed for approximately 4
minutes.
2. MODE:
To choose SCAN or LOCK if you do not want the scan mode, press the MODE key when the pointer on the function
you want which begins blinking.
3. FUNCTIONS:
1. When install batteries and power on, LCD will display all segments then enter into the SCAN function mode after
one second. Press the MODE key to select the next function.
2. LCD display function order: TMR à CNT à DIST à CAL à TOTAL CNT à PULSE à SCAN.
3. TMR - Press the UP key to make 01:00 upward adjustment and press the DOWN key to make 01:00 downward
adjustment. Press RESET key to clear value to 0.
4. CNT - Press the UP key to make 10 upward adjustment or press the DOWN key to make 10 downward
adjustment. Press RESET key to clear value to 0. Press RESET key to clear value to 0.
5. CAL - Press the UP key to make 10 upward adjustment and press the DOWN key to make 10 downward
