7. Do not use broken, frayed or cracked cables.
8. To avoid an increased risk of strangulation, do not connect the Power Adapter
Cables in any combination which would result in a total length (end-to-end) longer
than 32 inches (81 cm).
9. While no injury cases have resulted, components of the system may become hot
during normal use or a fault condition. If a particular device's temperature results in
discomfort or pain, promptly remove the product and contact Advanced Bionics.
10. To prevent overheating resulting in possible harm to the user, do not cover or wear
the PowerCel Adapter and battery under clothing next to the skin.
11. Do not attempt to open or repair the PowerCel Adapter. Do not continue to use if
any part of it is damaged. Unauthorized opening will void the warranty and may
compromise system performance.
Intended Use
The PowerCel Adapter is intended to be used to power the Auria™ or Auria™
Harmony™ Sound Processor with a BTE Power Adapter, a Power Adapter Cable,
and either a PowerCel Slim or a PowerCel Plus.
