INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
ATTENTION
• Carefully read these instructions before using your appliance for the first time and keep it for
future enquires.
• This appliance can be used by children at the age of 8 or more and people with physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given an appropriate
supervision or instruction concerning the safety use of the appliances and understand the
dangers involved.
• Keep all plastic bags and packaging components out of the reach of children.
They are potentially dangerous.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains without checking that the voltage on the rating plate and
that of your household are the same.
• Do not leave working on clothes, soft materials or while not in use.
• Don't allow children play with the appliance. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
• While in use, avoid obstructing the air inlet and outlet, as the hair dryer has a safety device that
would cause the dryer to disconnect automatically. If this were to happen disconnect it immediately
and allow it to cool. Once cold it may be turned on again.
• Manipulation or replacement of any component must be performed by an authorized service centre.
• Do not direct the airflow to the eyes or any other sensitive area.
• VERY IMPORTANT: Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
• Do not use this appliance near the water contained in bathtubs, washbasins or other containers.
• When used in a bathroom, disconnect after use. The proximity of water represents a danger even
when the dryer is off.
• To ensure a complementary protection it is advisable to install in the electrical circuit of the
bathroom a residual differential current device (DDR) of differential current of assigned capacity
that does not exceed 30 mA. Ask your supplier for advice.
• Allow it to cool before storing.
• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, cannot be done by children without any supervision.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or by its after-sales service
or similar qualified personnel in order to avoid a danger.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• The hair dryer has three pushers that control the heat and the airflow.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Slide the On-Off-Lock switch (4) to its ON position to turn the dryer on.
• Next, press the power button (3) as many times as necessary to achieve the desired air flow. It is
provided with three levels of minimum, medium and maximum power that are indicated by lighting
up the power indicator lights (8).
