GRINDING SIZE REGULATOR (FIG. 2)
• The suitable grinding size depends on the characteristics
of the coffee bean, humidity and roast. Not all types of
coffee have the same characteristics. So, it is recom-
mended to do a trial run with each coffee batch and, if it is
necessary, adjust the grinding size.
• Espresso coffee requires a very finely ground coffee (to
retain the passage of the liquid), while drip coffee requires
a thicker coffee.
• To select a more coarsely ground size, turn the knob
regulator clockwise. (Fig. 2).
WARNING
• Do not adjust the grind setting while the grinder is work-
ing. If you turn the grind selection knob while the grinder
is working, the motor of the grinder may jam.
• Do not use for more than two cycles for each load of
coffee beans, and rest for 1 min between two cycles to
avoid the motor overheating.
• Clean the appliance after each use. Do not use this
appliance to grind any other food.

use.
• Never use it to chop ice cubes.
• Keep your coffee beans in the refrigerator in a sealed

• To keep your coffee's entire aroma, we advise you to
