ATTENTION
• Carefully read these instructions before using the appliance for
the first time and keep it for future enquires.
• This appliance can be used by children at the age of 8 or more
and people with physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given an
appropriate supervision or instruction concerning the safety
use of the appliances and understand the dangers involved.
• Keep all plastic bags and packaging components out of the
reach of children. They are potentially dangerous.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains without checking
that the voltage on the rating plate is the same that the one
you have at home.
• Ensure the plug has an adequate earth base.
• Manipulation or replacement of any component must be
performed by an authorized service centre.
• The kettle works with electricity only. Never use the jug on an
electric or gas cooker, nor in a microwave, do not use it when it
has a fissure.
• Never connect without the water level being over the minimum
level, and not going over the maximum level of the water level
indicator.
• If the kettle is too full, the water may splash when it boils.
• Do not use any other liquid or additive than water in the jug.
• VERY IMPORTANT:
- Never immerse the jug and the base in water or other
liquids.
- Never open the lid when the water is boiling.
• Avoid spilling liquid on the lead wire.
• The surface of the heating element is subjected to residual
heat after use.
• Don't allow children play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance out of the reach of children.
