ATTENTION
• Read carefully these instructions before using the appliance for the first time and keep it for future
enquiries.
• Keep all plastic bags and packaging components out of the reach of children. They are potentially
dangerous.
• This appliance can be used by children at the age of 8 or more and people with physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given an appropriate
supervision or instruction concerning the safety use of the appliances and understand the dangers
involved.
• Ensure the surface where you place the bathroom scale and the platform of the scale is dry to
avoid slipping.
• Do not jump on or off the scale.
• The appliance switches off automatically a few seconds after weighing.
• Do not immerse the body of the appliance in water. If necessary clean the scale with a damp cloth.
• When cleaning do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may
deteriorate the surfaces of the appliance.
IMPORTANT
• It is advisable to weigh always yourself at the same time, preferably before breakfast.
• Bear in mind that the scale is designed to weigh items weighing more than 3 Kg.
• For a good conductivity and a correct analysis result of the body fat, body water, body bone, body
muscle, body mass index (BMI) and the basal metabolic rate (BMR) please weigh always barefoot.
• Do not use it if you have a pacemaker and neither with electric or electronic devices.
• Do not use during pregnancy period.
• The excess of liquids, some medical conditions, the ingestion of foods, the menstrual cycle and so
on could make the results change.
• The scale is not apt for commercial transactions or medical purposes.
• Designed for domestic use only.

Measure method
• This scale works under BIA system measure, bioelectric impedance analysis.
• BIA system measure allows to get the corporal results in some seconds by a small electrical current, totally
inoffensive that even you will not notice.
