Opened grill
You can double the grill surface:
Contact grill KA 2303
The device features a large grill surface for the
preparation of all kinds of meals, such as shish
kebab, vegetables, fruit, etc.
Only the bottom grill plate is in contact with the
food.
This method of grilling is recommended for thicker
or non-uniform slices of meat that require slow and
even cooking.
This function also works well for keeping food warm.
You can also use this method of grilling when
cooking food with a high water content, e.g.
vegetables, to allow water evaporation at lower
temperatures.
1. Slide the lock of the
upper part of the device
on its left side (see
arrow) upwards.
2. Fold the upper part back
completely until it is
level.
