Hold the tool with both
hands while starting the
tool, since torque from the motor can cause
the tool to twist.
On-Off Switch
(Fig. 6)
To switch the tool on, push the Switch Lock-off
10 forward. Then squeeze the Paddle Switch
11. To turn the tool off, release the Paddle
Switch 11.
Start the tool before applying to a workpiece,
and let the tool come to the desired speed
before contacting the workpiece. Lift the tool
from the workpiece before releasing the Paddle
Switch 11. DO NOT turn the switch "ON" and
"OFF" while the tool is under load. This will
greatly decrease the switch life.

Speed Selection

Press the Speed Selection Buttons 7 to select
the desired speed. The selected speed will be
displayed on the LED Indicator Lights 6 as a
white light. See the table below for the speed
for each setting.

The 5 LEDs of the LED Indicator Light 6 indicate

the state of the battery charge, as listed in the
table below. After start-up, the LED Indicator
Light 6 will light up for 5 seconds.
