can result in serious personal injury.

Applications
You may use this product for the purpose listed below:
 Mowing your lawn
8
Setting Blade Height
See Figure 7.
When shipped, the wheels on the mower are set to a
low- cutting position. Before using the mower for the first
time, raise the cutting position to the height best suited for
your lawn. The average lawn should be between 1-1/2 in.
to 2 in. during cool months and between 2 in. and 3-1/4 in.
during hot months.
To adjust the blade height:
 Remove start key and battery pack.
 Adjust each wheel to achieve the desired blade height.
NOTE: Moving the height adjustment levers toward the
inside of the cutting deck lowers the blade height, and
moving the levers toward the outside raises the blade
height.
 Reinstall start key and battery pack when you are ready
to mow.
NOTE: This product features dual battery ports to help
minimize down time during operation. The mower may
be operated with one 58 V battery pack installed in either
battery port, or you can install a battery in each port and
simply reverse the direction of the arrow on the start key to
switch to the second battery when the first battery's charge
is depleted.
Always remove battery pack and remove the start key
from the tool when you are assembling parts, making
adjustments, cleaning, or when not in use. This will
prevent accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury.

Installing/Removing Battery Pack

See Figure 8.
To install battery pack:
 Raise the battery cover.
 Align grooves on battery pack with raised ribs in the tool's
battery port and place the battery pack in the tool.
Make sure the latch on the tool snaps in place and the
battery pack is fully seated and secure in the battery port
before beginning operation. Failure to securely seat the
battery pack could cause the battery pack to fall out,
resulting in serious personal injury.
 Lower the battery cover.
