5. WILO PARA CIRCULATOR
5.1 Commissioning
Burn hazard!
The circulator can become very hot, depending on the oper-
ating temperature of the circulating fluid; this results in burn
hazards upon contact with the circulator.
Filling and bleeding the system.
• Fill and bleed the system completely.
If this does not happen:
• Activate the pump vent function by pressing the control
button for 3 seconds, then leaving.
> The pump bleed function starts and lasts 10 minutes
> The two sets of upper and lower LEDs flash alternately
1 second apart.
• To stop, press the control button for 3 seconds.
NOTICE
After bleeding the LED indicator shows the va-
lues set of the pump.
Setting the control mode
VARIABLE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE "Δp-v"
(default setting).
This mode is particularly suitable for heating systems with radiators,
as it reduces the noise due to the flow of water on the thermostatic
valves.
CONSTANT PRESSURE DIFFERENCE "Δp-c"
The differential pressure generated by the circulator is maintained con-
stant (at the value set with the red selector) within the allowed flow rate
range, up to the maximum flow rate.
This is the recommended option for floor heating systems or old heating
systems with large pipes.
NUMBER OF CONSTANT ROUNDS
Recommended for implants with stable resistance that require a constant
flow rate. The pump operates in three stages corresponding to number of
revolutions fixed fixed values (I, II, III).
Select the adjustment mode
The LED selection of the adjustment mode and the
corresponding characteristic curves takes place in a
clockwise direction.
• Press the control button briefly (about 1 second).
> The LEDs show adjustment mode and set characteri-
stic curves from time to time.
The possible settings are shown below (for example:
constant speed / characteristic curve III):
