Introduction

General product maintenance
Make sure that bolts, nuts, and screws are tight. Do this also 12 h
after servicing and repairs.
Do a check of the electrical components, the cables, and all
connections for wear and damages.
Do a check of the electric motor for wear and damages.
Clean the inner parts of the electrical enclosure.
Do a check of the RCD.
Do maintenance on the remote control. Refer to the manufactur-
er's manual for the remote control.
Replace the ventilation filter of the electrical enclosure.
Do an inspection of the drive motor and support wheels.
Do a visual inspection of the product and the lifting equipment.
Clean the product.
Do a check of the safety devices on the product.
Do a complete servicing and cleaning of the product.
Let a approved person do an inspection of the product and the
safety devices on the product.
Lubricate the steel wire ropes.
