STEP 1:
Place all parts on a clean, smooth surface.
Attach front rail (C) to right arm (E) and left arm (D) by inserting the metal brackets on front
rail (C) into the metal plate on left and right arms (D & E) as shown below.
Push the front rail (C) with a downward force to secure it into place.
