ments of the current National Electrical Code or codes administered by local authorities. All electrical products may present a
possible shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or used. Electrical products may bear the mark of a Nationally Recognized
Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and should be installed in conformance with current local and/or the National Electrical Code.

to specifications.
WARNING:
Risk of Electric Shock: Connect the device to a properly grounded outlet only. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the
polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two
blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit
into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
WARNING:
The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases,
shall be placed on the apparatus.

To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
• Unplug from outlet before putting on or taking off parts.
• Close supervision is necessary when this device is used by, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.

• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
• To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
