Never leave the appliance switched on unattended.
Never touch the blade when the appliance is connected. It is very sharp.
Never touch the blades with your hands, spatulas or spoons when the appliance is connected.Do
not use for boiling liquids or very warm foods. Make sure that the food has a sufficiently low
temperature to avoid burning/scalding in case of skin contact.
Do not use for blending very hard and/or dry foods or crushing ice. Always add liquid when
blending vegetables or fruit.
Cleaning and maintenance can be done by children over 8 years old but under adult
supervision
CABLE AND PLUG
Do not let the cord hang over the counter.
Be careful not to pull or trip over the power cord. Keep the cord away from heat sources, hot
objects or open flames.
Disconnect the cord from the mains before cleaning and when not in use. To disconnect the cable
from the mains, do not pull the cable but grasp the plug.
Make sure the cable is fully extended.
The cable must not be twisted or wrapped around the appliance.
Check regularly that the cable or plug are not damaged and that the product has not been
dropped: in this case, do not use it.
If the product, cable or plug is damaged, have it checked by an authorized center. Do not attempt
the repair by yourself. Contact your dealer for repair if under warranty.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, or after prolonged non-use, wash all parts that come into contact with food.
USE OF THE PRODUCT
The mixer has five mixing speeds. To begin mixing, the speed control must be set to the lowest speed
and then moved to a higher speed as needed.
Low speeds
1. To mix flour / dry and liquid ingredients and biscuit / cake dough; to mix nuts and chocolate
chips.
2. To mix light doughs such as muffins, waffles and pancakes; to prepare sauces and puddings.
Medium speeds
3. To mix butter and sugar, beat the eggs in the butter and biscuit dough; for cake mixes where
medium speed is required, for mixing butter and cake icing.
4. To beat whole eggs, parfaits; to mix light doughs.
High speeds
5. To whip the cream, beat the egg whites, mashed potatoes and other vegetables such as
turnips and squash.
