Rust prevention: clean and dry with an oily cloth piston of the cylinder and piston pump every three
months or when the rust or corrosion appears. When you do not need to use the jack, always leave
the mount and the pump piston fully into position down.
SOME TROUBLES
The jack cannot lift
lower completely
The jack does not
support the weight

Jack lift not smoothly

Important:
• Not exceed the tolerance of the jack.
• Never move the jack while it is loading.
• Sometimes during shipping and maneuvered, can trap air in the hydraulic system, causing failu-
res or difficulties with elevation.

REMEDY
• Bleed air from the hydraulic system
• Transfer the load and clean valve
• Close tightly release valve

• Decrease the weight or find a jack with
