OPERATION
PRE-OPERATION
1. Remove all packing material, taking special care
to ensure the nozzle is free of packaging.
2. Place the unit on a level surface, loosen the cap of
the fluid reservoir and remove the hose from the
reservoir.
3. Add high quality water-based fog liquid in the
machine and screw the cap of the fluid tank,
being careful not to spill any fluid.
4. Reinsert the hose into the fluid reservoir and
retighten the cap to hand tight.
5. Plug the remote control into the socket on the
rear side of the fog machine.
6. Plug the unit into mains power using the mains
cable provided with the unit.
NOTE
A funnel is recommended for this task.
NOTE
Pay close attention to the meter on the side of the
unit, which indicates how full the reservoir is.
NOTE
Note, lower quality fog liquid will damage fog
machine.
OPERATION
1. Ensure that the space that you will use the fog
machine is well ventilated and that the unit is free
from obstruction.
2. Turn the power switch to "ON". The unit will power
up and the red light inside the power switch will
illuminate.
3. The machine will begin to heat up. During this
time, be sure the unit is free from obstruction, as
per the guidance above.
4. When the unit has reached the operating
temperature the green LED on the remote control
will illuminate.
5. Press the button, the machine will spray fog.
Release the button when the desired amount of
fog has been produced, or when the green LED
stops illuminating.
NOTE
After long bursts, it is normal that the unit will stop
spraying fog. This is to reach operating temperature
again. The green LED will go off during this period.
Wait until the green LED lights up again before
pressing the remote control button.
NOTE
Check frequently whether there is enough fog liquid
in the machine. This can be checked using the meter
on the side of the unit. Using the unit without fog
liquid may damage the machine.
NOTE
If the fog output is low, or if there is no fog output at
all, please power off and contact Gear4music.
