Switching on and off
Before connecting the soldering gun to the mains, it
is necessary to adjust the soldering loop to a suitable
working position.

To activate the soldering gun, press the switch (1), at
the same time the auxiliary light bulb will light up. If
the bulb does not light, check its mounting or replace
it with a new one of the same type.
After a few seconds, the soldering tip heats up to
operating temperature.

Activate your soldering gun for a maximum of 12
seconds, then allow it to cool for 48 seconds. Failure
to do so will void the warranty due to overheating. If
the power cord is damaged, have it replaced only by
an authorized service center where special tools are
used.

Soldering tip temperature /ABC/
This soldering gun provides three adjustable tempe-
rature zones, thanks to which the user can adjust the
temperature on the soldering tip using the adjustment
knob 4. In this way, the gun can be adjusted for
different applications.
The following temperature settings are only recom-
mended. Always start with the gun temperature set
to the lowest setting and increase the temperature as
needed.
The setting controller indicates:
Area A: Welding/Cutting Plastics;
Area B: Tin soldering on printed circuit boards;
Area C: Applications requiring high temperature.

Area B 200-350 °C
Area C 350-500 °C
Soldering procedure
The soldering point must be cleaned or treated with
solder paste.
Dip the heated solder tip into the solder paste so that
the molten solder stays on the tip.
Heat the soldering spot with a tip and apply solder
with solder paste.
After the solder has melted, remove the tip of the
solder and turn off the solder. Check the joint and let
it cool down.
Observe the maximum soldering time, be careful not
to overheat the components by long soldering.
Pistol and soldering tip
The gun and soldering tip (No. 2) are designed for
easy disconnection for occasional replacement.
Tip replacement
Remove the two screws connecting the soldering tip
(No. 2) to the gun. Pull out the old tip, replace it and
screw in the two screws again.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
! Before cleaning and maintenance, always unplug
the gun.The gun does not require any special ma-
intenance.
Clean the vents regularly.
Never clean any part of the gun with a hard, sharp or
rough object.
Storage when not used for a long time
- Do not store the pistol in a place where the tempe-
ratureis high.
- If possible, store it in a place with a constant tempe-
ratureand humidity.

Caution: The vibration level may vary during power
tool operation from the declared value depending on
