USE:
In order to ensure optimal barbecue performance, carefully pour water into the fat tray (respectin Min
and Max).
Never restart the appliance without havin chan ed the water in the reflector.
Connect the appliance to the mains and set the adjustable thermostat at the desired position.
Prepare the food you are willin to prepare.
Place the food on the cookin plate.
Do not place cookin utensils on the cookin surface of the appliance.
Once the food is at your taste, always remove it usin a wooden or plastic spatula resistant to heat to
avoid dama in the cookin plate.
After use, place the thermostat in the min. position or set the swift to the 0 position.
Unplu the mains socket and the leave the appliance cool down before start the cleanin tasks.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertakin any cleanin task.
Except for the power unit and the mains connection, all the parts can be cleaned with deter ent and
water or in washin up liquid. Rinse thorou hly to remove all traces of deter ent.
Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washin -up liquid and then dry. Do not
use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleanin the
appliance.
Do not let water or any other liquid et into the air vents to avoid dama e to the inner parts of the ap-
pliance
Never submer e the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under runnin water.
It is advisable to clean the appliance re ularly and remove any food remains.

To clean the heatin element, wait until it has cooled down and wipe with a dry cloth.
