If this device will be operated in any way different to the one described in this manual, the product may suffer
damages and the guarantee becomes void. Furthermore, any other operation may lead to dangers like short-
circuit, burns, electric shock, lamp explosion, crash etc.
INSTALLATION
Installing/Replacing the lamps
Before replacing the lamp, unplug mains lead and let the lamp cool down (approx. 5 minutes).
During the installation do not touch the glass-bulbs bare-handed! Please follow the lamp manufacturer's
notes!
Do not install lamps with a higher wattage! Lamps with a higher wattage generate temperatures the device
was not designed for. Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty.
For the installation, you need two 120 V/300 W GX-6.35 lamps and one 230 V/500 W R-7-s poleburner.
During the operation, the lamps reach temperatures of up to 820° C and 570° C respectively.
Procedure:
Step 1: Unscrew the fixation-screw of the housing-cover.
Step 2: Open the housing-cover.
Step 3: If replacing a lamp, remove the old lamp from the lamp-socket.
Step 4: Put the new 120 V/300 W GX-6.35 lamp and/or 230 V/500 W R-7-s poleburner into the lamp-
socket.
Step 5: Close the housing-cover and tighten the screw.
Overhead rigging
The installation of the device has to be built and constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight for
1 hour without any harming deformation.
DANGER TO LIFE!
Only install the lamps with the device switched off!
Unplug from mains before!
CAUTION!
The lamp has to be replaced when it is damaged
or deformed due to the heat!
Do not operate this device with opened housing-cover!
