a) Unscrew the gun lance
b) Start the machine and press the trigger until you
see that the water comes out smoothly, without air
bubbles being noticeable.
c) Turn off the machine and screw the lance back on.
Note: The maximum suction height is 0.5 m. The hose
must be filled before use.
5.3. CHECK POINTS BEFORE START-UP.
The supply voltage and current must comply with
the indications on the nameplate.
Check the machine and look for loose parts (screws,
nuts, housings, etc.) and damage. Tighten, repair or
replace parts that you have found in poor condition.
Do not use the machine if it is damaged or incorrectly
adjusted.
5.3.1.- VERIFICATION OF THE WATER SUPPLY
CONNECTION
Open the water supply faucet and check that there are
no water leaks from the hose and/or connections. If
leaks exist, replace hose and/or tighten connections.
5.4. STARTING AND STOPPING
The gun has a safety lock that, if
activated, prevents the trigger of the gun
from being pressed.
Before starting the machine, it is
necessary to fill its internal circuit with
water. To do this, and with the machine
off (switch in position "O"), squeeze the gun trigger
to circulate water through the machine until low-
pressure water comes out of the tip of the lance. If the
pump operates without the internal circuit with water
(dry operation), damage to the pump or seizure will
occur.
Turning on the machine:
Place the switch in the "ON/I" position
Remove the trigger lock from the gun and operate it.
Disconnection of the machine:
Place the switch in the "OFF/0" position. The machine
motor will stop.
The TSS system automatically stops the motor when
you stop pulling the gun trigger. For proper operation,
when you release the gun trigger you have to wait 4 or
5 seconds before pulling it again.
If the machine is not used after 2 minutes,
you must press the On/Off switch to the
"OFF/O" stop position.
