CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Pull the power supply cable from the plug before cleaning.
· Never immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe the motor unit clean with a damp cloth.
· The beaters and dough hooks are made from stainless steel, and so are dishwasher-safe. You can also
rinse in warm water and soap. Do not use abrasive agents or detergent.
· Dry everything thoroughly.

· Check that the cord is connected.
· Check that the accessories are properly
installed. Push the beaters/kneading hooks
into the motor unit until you hear a click. When
using the dough hooks, be careful to insert the
hook with a collar into the larger opening.
· Check that the speed controller is not set to '0'.
