8. FITTING THE FOCUS BAR
SPINDLE COVERS.-
FITTING THE CENTRAL COVERS.-
Take the front (104B) and rear (104F)
covers and position them on the main
post (116), Fig.8. Now use the screws
(6) and (7) to attach them to the post.
9. FITTING THE UPPER FOCUS
BARS.-
Take the top left bar (13L) (marked
with the letter "L").
Insert the top bar onto the bottom left
focus bar (19L), lining up the letters
(L), Fig.9, fit the screws (99), the
washers (92-17) and tighten securely.
Now go through the same procedure
for the top right focus bar (13R).
10. FITTING THE FOCUS BAR
SIDE COVERS.-
Take the covers (12B and 12F),
marked on the inside with the letter
"R", and position them at the spindle
end with the bars on the right hand
side, as shown in Fig.9. Now use
screws (6) and (7) to attach them.
Carry out the same procedure at the
other end of the bar using the covers
(12B and 12F) marked on the inside
with the letter "L".
11.- FITTING THE MONITOR
SUPPORT.-
Pass the connector (117) coming out of
the main post (116), in through the
inside of the monitor support Fig.10.
Insert the monitor support into the main
post, secure using screws (99), spring
washers (17), corrugated washers (98),
Fig.10.
12. FITTING THE ELECTRONIC
MONITOR.-
ATTACHING THE MONITOR.
Release screws (105), Fig.11, at the
back of the monitor (111).
Next, slide the front of the monitor onto
the plate on top of the main post (116)
in the direction of the arrow, Fig.11,
push the cables down into the main
post making sure not the pinch any of
the cables. Replace the screws (105)
removed previously.
Fit the monitor support side covers (5L
& 5R) and secure using screws (6&7),
Fig.12.
EXERTION SETTINGS.-
To provide an even level of exertion
during exercise, this appliance is
equipped with a tensioning control
(112), located on the main post (116),
offering
various
Fig.13.
To increase pedal resistance turn the
tensioning control (112) clockwise (+)
until the exertion level best suits your
exercise requirements. To reduce pedal
resistance turn the tensioning control
(112) anticlockwise (-).
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position, make sure that it sits flat
on the floor and that it is level. This
can be achieved by screwing the
adjustable feet (76) up or down, as
shown in Fig.13.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (96),
as shown in Fig.13, which make it
easier to move.
