• Shelf capacity – The shelf capacity is based on evenly distributed weight. It is recommended to place heavier items/weight on the lower shelves of the unit./

WARRANTY/GARANTÍA
• Project Source warrants its Shelving ("Products") against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If within
such warranty period, a Product shall be proven to Project Source satisfaction to be defective, such products shall be repaired or replaced, at Project Source
option. THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Project Source does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or
abnormal use or handling of the Products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation, or against defects in products or components not
manufactured by Project Source. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs have been effected or attempted by persons
other than pursuant to written authorization by Project Source. This warranty only covers the original Consumer and excludes scratches, dents, stains, or other
damages to surface of product. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Project Source shall be to repair or replace the defective
Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Project Source shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof,
whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Project Source be
liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. Project Source employees or representatives oral or other written statements do not constitute warranties,
shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty. For warranty service, please mail the defective component to
Project Source at the address below, along with the Consumer's proof of purchase and a letter explaining the defect. Transportation charges to Project Source are
at the expense of the Consumer. Return transportation charges will be prepaid by Project Source. This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Project
Source with respect to the Products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect./
